General Motors won 2 awards at the auto show in Detroit for Best Truck and Car

 It’s a good day of reward for General Motors, when they won the Truck and Car of the Year honors at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit USA. The Truck that won them this honor is the Chevy Silverado and the Car of the Year is the Corvette Stingray.

The winners are chosen by a panel of 48 automotive journalists in the United States and Canada, including WWJ Auto Beat Reporter Jeff Gilbert and WWJ Auto Analyst John McElroy.
Jurors evaluated the entries based upon design, innovation, handling, safety, driver satisfaction and value.

The other finalists in the car category were the Mazda 3 and Cadillac CTS. The Jeep Cherokee and Acura MDX were the other two finalists in the truck/utility vehicle category
makes you wonder what happened to Ford right?
